I am the Assistant Director for University Sustainability Practices at Arizona State University. I have over 11 years of experience working on sustainability issues for government, non-profits, and higher education. I am also a commissioner on the City of Tempe's Sustainability Commission. I plan to bring my expertise, team-approach, and outside-the-box thinking to the Board.
I grew up near Cleveland, Ohio and received a B.A. in Political Science from Bowling Green State University and a M.P.A. from The Ohio State University's John Glenn College of Public Affairs.
My wife and I happily reside in Tempe with our dog and three cats. We have an appreciation for SRP beyond the energy and water it provides - we also appreciate the recreational benefits the dams have brought. Most the photos on my page are my own from my hikes on Boulder Creek Trail in Tonto National Forest.
