- Assure continuing high reliability and responsive customer service, which are among the best in the power utility industry
- Assure continued affordability (residential rates currently 15% lower than APS, C&I 25%)
- Improve support for low-income rate-payers (e.g., M-Power pre-purchase program)
Greener
- Expedite adoption of clean energy systems
- Expand utility-scale, community, and rooftop solar programs
- Strengthen commitment to reduce greenhouse gas emissions
More Customer-Centric
- Continue to expand use of customer smart phone apps that contain information about outages, emergencies, energy use, and bills & payment
